We are committed to elevating the standard of Pilates education nationwide. Our mission is to empower instructors with intentional, anatomy-informed training that supports long-term strength, mobility, posture, and functional movement—for every body they serve.
We believe Pilates is an intentional practice—anchored in breath, alignment, and clarity. Our approach blends classical Pilates principles with contemporary movement science, integrating fascia-informed methodology and functional biomechanics to develop instructors who teach with confidence, creativity, and structural awareness.
Our goal is to cultivate teachers who understand not just how to cue movement, but why the movement matters—so they can guide clients safely, intelligently, and with lasting impact.

Jodi is highly credentialed, holding multiple certifications including two 450-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certifications, a 200-hour Yoga Certification, plus training in Barre, Lagree, and Personal Training. She has taught Pilates certifications across the U.S. and co-created a modern, anatomy-based 450-hour comprehensive training program for instructors.
